Delete your account
How to delete your HalalWay account and the data connected to it. This applies to the HalalWay apps for iPhone and Android.
In the app (fastest)
Open HalalWay, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
If you can’t open the app
Email halalway.app@outlook.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my HalalWay account”. We will delete your account and confirm within 1 business day.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in details, your restaurant listings, the photos and halal certificates you uploaded, and your saved favorites. This can’t be undone.
What is kept
Reports you filed about other listings are kept without your identity so we can finish reviewing them. Copies in backups may remain for a short time before they are overwritten.
